Wish I could give 100 stars to thos dealership. Car diied while visiting area from NY. Needed towing. Shults made time to look. Issue could not be totally fixed but good enough to drive back home where local repair shop could order AC parts thar Shults did not have in stock. Special KUDOS to Zoe who went to bat for me with head service tech for an appt. Then Liz who followed up with me just before closing on that Friday. Thank you again from a very grateful customer and fan🤩

I made a purchase in the parts department at the Wexford Schults Ford on Oct 9. I told the salesman I needed a blend door actuator for the driver’s side of my truck. He asked for my VIN number. I provided it and he sold me the part. I went to change the actuator on Oct 18. After removing the defective actuator, I opened the package and realized the one I was sold was not the right one.
