Attempted to purchase a Ford F-150 Raptor from Shults Ford Wexford. After two trips to Shults and waiting two days to get ahold of a salesman, we agreed on a price. The salesman said he would have it ready for us as we were on our way there. He called back as we were driving there to tell us they accepted a deposit from someone else. His explanation was that he got “scooped” by another salesman that overheard his conversations. I recently bought a car from Shults Ford in Wexford. Bob Popson took such great care of me. He was very thorough to lengths I never expected. He even called my insurance agent to make sure I'd be covered as soon as I left the lot. My insurance office called me a few days later to make sure the deal went thru. They informed me that Bob is well known at their office & is a frequent caller. He goes the extra mile for sure. He definitely impressed me. I highly recommend the dealership & especially Bob Popson!!
