Customer service is HORRIBLE . They never call you back when they say they will . Not letting you know that a tow in is going to be put on back burner . getting it in when they can . Telling you they can get it in 1 to 2 days . Turning into 3 days. Was told that they have tow in's that were there for 3 weeks . Then finding out what we said was wrong was the problem .
