I had a very positive experience, I did not know about this type of service. My experience is dealing with an insurance claim without any knowledge is like buying a house without a realtor. Something I know nothing about. I probably would have done a lot better just dealing with Brad and his team from the beginning. They clearly have the knowledge and the know-how and will help you more than you can help yourself, do yourself a favor and hire a public adjuster.
