Quick, professional service, and great results! We suffered some major water damage and were advised by one of our neighbors not to rely on the insurance's adjuster, who they warned would try to minimize the payout. Oh, boy, was that ever true. I'd give Brad 15 stars if I could. He was great to work with. Knows his stuff, knows the process, and was able to guide me through everything. Had a water issue in my house, and hired Brad almost immediately because I knew I didn't have any understanding of the claims process, and what it takes to get a fair settlement offer. I remember after I signed Brad said something like "Now all your problems are mine", and truly he freed me up from dealing with the flood of back-and-forth and stress with insurance. I had a very positive experience, I did not know about this type of service. My experience is dealing with an insurance claim without any knowledge is like buying a house without a realtor. Something I know nothing about. I probably would have done a lot better just dealing with Brad and his team from the beginning. They clearly have the knowledge and the know-how and will help you more than you can help yourself, do yourself a favor and hire a public adjuster.

I've had a bunch of experiences with Shull & Associates helping me out with my properties. I really recommend him—he’s always on time and takes care of everything. We've been working together for over 10 years now! Seriously, I highly recommend him!
