I waited 1 1/2hrs in the room for Korina to see me. The hallway was noisy from someone playing music so I had closed the door. When she finally arrived the first thing she said to me was "Why did you close this door?? (In an extremly rude tone) I thought someone was in here with you. I've been waiting" WHO else would be in here with me if I was here to see you? She talked down to me the whole rest of my appointment.
