Stopped in Shula's for a steak while in Atlanta. The dinner was one of the worse dining experiences we have ever had. The dinner salad came out after the main course. We had to walk to the bar to get refills. The waitress attempted to convince my wife that the New York strip she served her was a ribeye. When we complained to the manger, he shrugged his shoulders without even an apology. Then they attempted to bribe us by removing items off of our bill. While on a short trip to Atlanta, my wife and I stayed at the JW Marriott in Buckhead. We were given a $25 dining card at check in. Looking at the 10 or so places that the card was good at, we chose Shula's Grill 347. It is located in the Atlanta Marriott Buckhead just 1 block from where we were staying. We chose to try Shula's even though most of the reviews were not so positive. We chose them over Ruth Chris. We wanted to eat early and made a 5:30 reservation. Horribly bad experience. First we tried to make a 6:30 reservation. We were told only a 7 PM table was available. We arrived at 6:25 and there were only 2 tables occupied! I ordered the fish of the day, Cobia. my four friends were served their steaks. About 5 minutes later, after I told everyone else to begin eating, the wait person dropped a luke warm, over cooked piece of salmon in front of me. She apologized by saying they ran out of Cobia.
