Dr. Shukla was my anesthesiologist for a minimally invasive surgery. After surgery, I had numerous issues, some of which were directly related to the lack of standard of care by Dr. Shukla. I had another Board Certified anesthesiologist review the 200+ pages of procedure notes, and she found Dr. Shukla had made repeated mistakes that could have caused significant harm- including a stroke during the procedure- to me.
