We stumbled upon this charming Mediterranean restaurant while passing through Savannah on our drive back from Florida, and it was a wonderful surprise. The restaurant was clean, well maintained, and had a warm, inviting ambiance. We ordered the Muhammara with side of pita bread, Pearl Couscous, and the deconstructed baklava with vanilla ice cream. Bad food, terrible terrible vibes from the staff… spiritually fraught personalities at best.
The falafel has got to be a joke, right?
Used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Savannah. I told everyone about them and was there weekly until they decided to change what made them special. They got rid of the incredible beet salad, the date tabouli, and the option to order sides to make your own plate. Any Mediterranean restaurant serves the regular tabouli so why switch? I left comments every time I was there as well as told the waiter but after no changes back to good, I stopped going in.
