The staff is horrible! They NEVER answer the phone. Dr valika needs to rehire a new group of staff that is committed to patient care. The MA seemed to be bothered when asking questions and didn't take the time to explain medical equipment. It is very sad that dr valika is being represented by staff who are not there for the right reasons. Dr valika himself is a very nice man, very informative and answers questions. His current staff makes me anxious even thinking of calling to make a appointment.
Be aware ! In my appointment I never saw the Dr . No exam , No vitals were taken , No review of my body . Some assistant give a whole bunch of pills and told me to return . Lack of care and incompetence.
