Dismissing concerns that may result in a seizure over a late visit, when the doctor would have absolutely addressed the concern regardless, is a roadblock I'll no longer do business with. Life happens, and while I'm obviously no saint, I'm also a manager in customer service and I'd fire an employee for making one of my customers feel like just a number, during an abnormal circumstance. He is a wonderful doctor. Very detail. Spends time with his patients. He goes over the medicine. Wonderful doctor!!

Tricky practice I called and cancelled my appointment. And the office staff are saying that I didn't call. I spoke with both of them the day I cancelled my appointment. And Dr Khan doesn't seem to care about what and how they treat his patients.
