Dismissing concerns that may result in a seizure over a late visit, when the doctor would have absolutely addressed the concern regardless, is a roadblock I'll no longer do business with. Life happens, and while I'm obviously no saint, I'm also a manager in customer service and I'd fire an employee for making one of my customers feel like just a number, during an abnormal circumstance. Tricky practice I called and cancelled my appointment. And the office staff are saying that I didn't call. I spoke with both of them the day I cancelled my appointment. And Dr Khan doesn't seem to care about what and how they treat his patients.
This doctor is simply amazing, never rushes, thoroughly explains, the first doctor I have seen in years that actually listens to what you have to say. I can't say enough good about the staff -- the whole experience, each and every time I am there, is very positive. Here I am and am so happy with this doctor that I changed to a more expensive medical plan just so I can again use his office. If you want the best care and putting your health as a top priority, I suggest visiting Dr. Dhan.
