Office staff are very professional and had no issues with them. Dr. Nakai is not the best PCP for my wife and I. He did not seem to really care about us as patients and was a bit hard to talk to. Needs to listen better. But he is leaving the practice so if you are looking for reviews and thinking about him, he is leaving in 2 or 3 months so please look elsewhere.

In the portal it stated accepting new patients. I signed up for tomorrow. They called this morning to tell me he was leaving in 3 months so they aren't taking new patients. Told them they should remove that comment when booking. It still says accepting new patients Dr ,#2 that has dissed me in a week. Way to go Baylor
Stay away from this office.!! Dr Shuichi Nakai is terrible! Charged 258.00 and did not help at all. Was a wasted visit. He said all he could do is send me to physical therapy but pretty sure I should see a specialist. I voiced my concern for the amount of the charges and the office manager was useless. I also called Baylor patient relations and they said couldnt help me. All they said was sorry.
