Had what I needed
I had a new problem with furnace and took the fam to the hotel during this cold spell. Spoke with them this morning to set up the earliest possible fix. Guess what I got? Fast response, professionalism, and a job well done before I even had lunch with reasonable pricing. Kevin took care of me quite quickly and even had to overcome my Tornado Preparations I had strewn about the basement. Shuh and Sons is the bes team in Ste. Genevieve, hands down.
They ordered the parts I needed to fix my furnace in a timely manner.
We have always used this company because of their friendliness, their fair prices and they always came out right away. I called them to change a dishwasher drain hose. The young man was very nice and it took him no time to change it. I get my bill and it's almost $300! I called and asked why it was so much. I got charged two hours of labor when the guy was here 39 minutes.
