Overall, it was a bad experience. To explain, we ordered chicken to go, with cole slaw as a side. They forgot the cole slaw. I then called regarding the missing item. The server with whom I spoke, Amara, handled the situation very well and told us we would receive reimbursement for the cole slaw plus a $20 gift card for our trouble. Not at all what it used to be.
Just disappointed that they have News on in a Sports Bar atmosphere. They shouldn't expose their political biases. It's a sports bar...please keep it that way. We enjoy their food well prepared. Great French Onion soup, Taco Salad and Mushroom Swiss burger. Good quality meat. Their service can be hit and miss but overall it's been pretty good. We are new in town and come here often.
