Just left the office about an hour ago with my mom who had a root canal. The staff and Dr. Shufford were very courteous and professional. He even spoke with me to make sure my mom knew her aftercare instructions.
From the receptionist up to the Dr, the entire staff are completely unprofessional and rude. My experience with them is entirely too long to type, let alone read, so I will simply say I will never recommended anyone to go here and could not be happier to be done with these people. It was horrific.
This is the second time that I have been to Dr Shuford. He is amazing! I have high anxiety when it comes to dental procedures and he made sure I was extremely comfortable during the procedure. He even called after hours to check on me. That was awesome. The staff is super nice. Dr Shuford rocks! Hes a gentle giant and he cares for his patients. I will never go to anyone else!
This is my second time visiting this office for tooth extraction. If you are not into pain this is the place to go. Very satisfied with the services I received. I was a walk in with no appointment, I was in and out in bout 1.5hrs. Thank you Dr. Shuffled and staff.
When my teenage daughter broke a tooth on a Friday and needed an emergency extraction, I had a tough time finding an open dentist office to see her. I decided to try Dr. Shufford's office. Even though they were very busy, they managed to work us in with almost no notice.Everyone in the office was extremely kind and friendly, as well as being efficient and professional.
