Probably my favorite poker room in Austin. The poker is great, but honestly the reason I keep coming back is the people. The dealers and staff here are just awesome. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seems happy to be there. After a while it starts feeling less like a poker club and more like a group of friends hanging out around poker tables. Disappointing experience. I recently visited the card house and had a decent time except for dealing with an employee named Jaime. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The worst person I've ever dealt with in customer service. I will never be back because of him. I spoke to a few other customers who all said he is always like that You all need to get rid of him because he is costing you business.
Great experience for my 1st time going to a poker house I let the woman in the counter know it was my 1st time and she helped me get setup 10/10 Amazing
