Dear Medical Professionals, when you send medical records to this law office you will need to have a form notarized with all of your personal information and swear by oath that the form is true to your knowledge. If you are working in a busy practice, especially if you are managing it, make sure to carve out time to video chat the notary they send you, you will have to have camera and microphone access so if you don't have that on your computers, you will have to do it on your personal cell phone unless your job has a phone.... read more

I was referred to Heidi Isenhart by two separate offices. I met with Heidi and was blown away by her knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. I shared my very complex story with her, and she provided me with very explicit answers. My whole family, including my grandparents. My father and myself have been dealing with Sheffield, Lohman, since Charlie was around, over 20 years & They made up my father’s trust, and he passed away, unfortunately and I feel like I shouldn’t have been charged what I was charged over documents that they had made. Great attorneys if you aren’t on a budget & I’m sorry to have to write this but a 20 minute phone call & to go over the documents wasn’t cheap.
