First - shout out to the staff- the place was packed and there were only two servers. The servers were doing great considering the conditions. Unfortunately the food was not good the seafood tasted old
I had a bad experience here in 2020. I vowed never to go back. Tonight my wife wanted fish and chips and we needed to stay local here in Leland. I decided to give the shuck and shack another chance. Here are the positive things I would state. The server was delightful and seemed to really be caring regarding providing good customer service. The delivery of the cocktails though was extraordinarily slow. The food order was absurdly slow. Edit from post below: I came back tonight only two weeks later and my experience was the total opposite. Ended up leaving with no food. No one even acknowledged me or offered to serve me after staring at me and constantly walking passed me. for almost half an hour.. when I handed my menu to the hostess she happily wished me good bye and a great weekend without a care in the world that I was leaving.
