We woke up at 5:30am to no water coming from the tap. Checked the well and found that the pump was running down there..but no water coming up, probably a broken coupler. We ran a hose to the neighbors house and called for a non-emergency repair. They were parked next to the well at 9:30am doing the assessment! That s FAST! We replaced the 13 year old pump, added 20 feet, and replaced the control box. Fair Price and Fast.
