Shubrook Construction was contracted through Restore, Renovate, Build. We had water damage due to a rain storm. They did some repair work on our window well, drywall, flooring and painting. We also had them do some other flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing. We were very pleased with the work that they did and the cost was reasonable. We highly recommend Shubrook.
I normally do not post a review on a company. But in this case, I did feel it warranted one. My concrete laneway was poured in June 2024 by the Shubrook Constrution.. Problems started to arise in late summer early fall. The cut line started to look rough chips coming over top cut lines. I tried to resolve my concerns with the company in the fall. Ty helped us so much with our new build! Made sure to get everything done in time for possession. Even the sod was down on moving day! I particularly loved how he was able to make our home stand out within the area, subtlety and elegantly.
The whole team at Shubrook Construction was a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, friendly, and excellent with communication. The job was done with stellar communication, and I felt very comfortable having their workers at my home. I will definitely be contacting them for any future projects!
The Daventry Way project featured on their website fell apart within 3 years. I hired Shubrook back to redeem their work as they seemed to be honest and nice people. I was told to expect 10-14 days from start until completion. Five months have passed and the job is still not complete.
