I didnt feel heard. I had questions and was eventually told maybe I should go to mayo. Wasn't impressed at all. Thinking about leaving Aurora all together.
She doesn't take my medical care seriously. I ask questions about what I am prescribed and her Nurses make fun of me and don't help me out with anything. She doesn't put anything in my chart for her Nurses or anyone to relay information back to me. She put me on a drug that nearly killed me and her Nurse's explanation (Not Hers) was drink Gatorade or go to the ER. She places all her work on her Nurses....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY STUCK UP AND JUDGEMENTAL ABOUT EVERYTHING
She really lacked empathy. She didn't put any effort into trying to get to know my symptoms. It felt like she wasn't willing to try to help me at all. Very disappointing.
Dr Sehgal Shubhi is wonderful. She shows concerns about her patients and very patient. I was referred to her from my Primary Physician and am so happy to be under her care. Dr Sehgal Shubhi as guided me through many health issues and so grateful for her. Everyone is wonderful in the office.
