Dr. Shubhangi is very humble and caring. I had visited her in covid times at kaiser and since I was new in US, I was very scared as it was my first visit and due to covid protocols my husband was not allowed to come along with me in the premises. Dr. Shubhangi made me comfortable and took enough time to listen to me. Since I had medical history, I wanted her to hear me out which she did. if i could give her a 0/5 i would. my appointment was cancelled 3x. All within a hour of the appointment time because the doctor called in sick. i could understand if it was once, maybe twice, but 3 times is clearly unprofessional. where is the continuity of care? As a health provider, myself i rarely see doctors call in. Find another doctor who you can build rapport with, and won't cancel on you multiple times.
Dr. Kesavan is an incredible gynecologist. She was my doctor during my second pregnancy and I went to her very late in the second trimester during the pandemic time. Her ideas and recommendations have been extremely helpful and useful to me. She has been more than a friend than a doctor. She is kind and very patient.
