Very disappointing experience. We contacted them in advance and clearly explained our situation: we were arriving from New Zealand with a baby and needed to have everything confirmed before going to their location. Bad experience
rented a shitty camry for 5 weeks, good value and bond was refunded without any fuss.
Avoid at all costs!! Would give a 0 star if there was an option, spend your money somewhere else!! Got a car (toyota camry) from them on 5th feb, picked up at 3.30, car was dirty from outside but was parked with windows down, went home (5km drive) and parked the car, about to drive off at 5 oclock and the car stank!! Thats when i realised why they left windows down!! Car stank of piss!!
