Terrible brow service
I have been getting my eyebrows done here for years. I visited yesterday, 7/24 and I will never be back. When I arrived there was one person in the chair ahead of me, I thought ok I’ll wait a few minutes. Turns out this person was receiving several services that took 25 minutes. The worked said nothing about how long the wait would be when I walked in. I definitely would have warned someone but I looked past this. Love this salon ! 5 stars ! Pricing is incredible! I’ve gotten lashes , , threading , brow tint and facials. A must go
Had a horrible face wax experience .Lady literally peeled my skin off..the wax was so hard and hot it was definitely not for facial skin.. lady was blowing air from her mouth to cool the temperature of the wax. I doubt if she had any valid certification. They need to check who they are hiring to do the services. Definitely do not recommend anyone to go their for waxing.
I called ahead to make sure they accepted walk in clients and I’m glad I did! My eyebrows look so good after the threading service. The technician was kind, fast at her work and very detail oriented. I’ll definitely book more services soon!
