Bought a Drexel Heritage leather reclinder, its 9 months old, spent 1,500.00 plus bought a full warranty. The color of the leather is rubbing off. I contacted Kathryn many times regarding the recliner. She told me to use the warranty. I had no luck with the warranty. Called her back and she tried to help with the warranty but also had no luck. Shurbert's has an all sales final policy. OK. Their receipts say that and thet's what they told me when I called for a friend (who was to embraased that the peice didn't work) to tell them that she didn't want one of the two peices. The sales woman didn't mention the policy when we were both in the storeor I would not have let my friend buy anything there. Odd thing was that when they called my friend about the delivery, the delivery people said that they were bringing a check and then said that they had the wrong order. Now... read more
