After my Rheumatologist passed away I made an appt. to see Dr. Song. Saw her on 1/20/25. I liked Dr. Song but her office is extremely incompetant and unresponsive. I have been waiting for over 2 Months to get my Medications. I had made 6 calls to the office starting 2/13 with no call back. Went up to the office on 2/28. Talked to Joyce. She called me back 3/3 to tell me the right person would call back...didn't happen. Called on 3/21 and was told my insurance prior authorization was submitted 2/28 and they would call me back... read more
Dr Song works really hard with me to try and figure out the cause of my pain and the best treatment with minimal side effects. I feel listened to when I visit her office, instead of the standard "your bloodwork is fine so you're healthy". Their office is also great about getting back to me when I call with concerns, I have no complaints
She make sure all is well she is the best ever.
