I was very happy with my first visit. Office staff was very pleasant and efficient. Dr Bai was very congenial and I felt comfortable with him becoming my new primary care physician
First of all, he has a very good demeanor about him. You can't help but like him. I've brought him several problems that were easy to take care of and others that took some time but in the end, they were resolved. If he's not sure about something, he will find out. I'm 74 years old and this will be my only personal doctor. I can't say enough good things about him or his staff. It's a very comfortable feeling being there.
