I am deeply disappointed with the level of care we received from this provider. Over an extended period, we repeatedly raised concerns about our daughter’s condition, yet referrals to appropriate specialists were not made in a timely manner. In many cases, we had to follow up multiple times, make repeated calls, and advocate persistently just to move the process forward.
