I had an awesome experience with Shua Fitness Australia! The equipment quality is top-notch, solid, reliable, and built to last. I was especially impressed with how easy the team was to work with. Super professional, quick to respond, and they really know their stuff. Definitely recommending them to friends in the fitness industry. Keep it up.

Hi, After working with Ricky Greig on the assumption that he was representing the Shua product, we paid for and received fitness equipment from other miscellaneous factories out of China. Whilst the product quality was fine he has short supplied $9,500 AUD of what we paid for. Despite trying various different ways of contacting him he continues to be unresponsive. Bought an item from them from Fb marketplace via bank transfer (stupid me). After a dozen of excuses about delayed shipping time, item parts didn’t arrive enough, etc, keep promising to make things happen, I ended up asked for a refund, again, keep promising to pay me back, after too many phone calls, got an email asking for my bank details for the refund, waiting again, nothing happened. AFTER MORE THAN 3 MONTHS, finally after another “call to follow up” today from me, they refund me. Not worth doing business with 👎🏾
