They go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction! What impressed me was that they provided me various options and actually customized it for me so it met my requirements which cannot be found easily on the market. They are very down to earth and reliable.
Extremely poor service I've been practicing for over 30 years. This lab makes all the promises in the world. They deliver late, sometimes more than a week late. They don't read prescriptions, calling for answers to questions addressed in the instructions. When your payment is late, they call asking to speak to the dentist, interrupting time with a patient to discuss their bill. Too much attitude not backed up by talent. Very disappointed.
