Worst Experiance EVER – I went to Shu Cosmetics to get laser hair removal on my face. The first two sessions, which were on my upper lip, the laser technician, Sonya, shaved the hair off before treating it with the laser as well as applied a gel. I had asked her why and she said that the laser burns the hair follicle to kill it, so if there is hair outside of the skin that hair will burn and burn my skin, leaving scars.
