My father’s scheduled dermatology appointment with Dr. Cindy on August 30, 2015 at 10:30 AM. My father arrived on time and waited for over an hour, but no one from the office ever showed up. Later, when I called the office, the voicemail stated that the clinic would be closed for several weeks and would not reopen until September 30.
