Dr Shu Cao demonstrates the best characteristics of a good physician. Dr Cao was thorough, disciplined, warm, and "hands on". She was able to evaluate, summarize, and write a clear H and P, in less than an hour and was able to do it professionally and with compassion. As a physician for over 50 years I really appreciate good medical care .
Dr. Cao unilaterally decided I would no longer be following up with her as she considered my condition “stable” and then refused to fill my prescription. I was very disappointed with her as a provider.
She explained all of the possibilities and took the time to explain every test ordered. Dr. Cao was very thorough.
Dr Cao is thorough, patient and kind. She spent over an hour with me on an initial visit.
