Dr Shu Cao is a great doctor. I had such a hard time dealing with rheumatoid arthritis. But since seeing her she’s been helping me so much and I feel much better!
Dr. Cao is AMAZING! She took the time to go over my entire (and long!) medical history and how it could affect my current health concerns. She spent a lot of time also going over every single test I had done and what it meant. She made a daunting and scary situation a lot less stressful for me and repeated things I missed during our discusssions. I give her a 100 star rating!
Dr Shu Cao demonstrates the best characteristics of a good physician. Dr Cao was thorough, disciplined, warm, and "hands on". She was able to evaluate, summarize, and write a clear H and P, in less than an hour and was able to do it professionally and with compassion. As a physician for over 50 years I really appreciate good medical care .
Dr. Cao unilaterally decided I would no longer be following up with her as she considered my condition “stable” and then refused to fill my prescription. I was very disappointed with her as a provider.
