The SHSU Physicians doctor I requested advertises on my insurance website that he is accepting new patients. So, I requested my insurance change my PCP to this doctor, which they did issuing me a card with his name as my primary care physician. When I tried to contact the office to make an appointment, nobody was available to take my call. HORRIBLE facility. I had Dr. Woolford for 6 months who I was seeing for acid reflux, she did a lot of blood work and tests and told me she had to do that before she could treat me, she never did treat me, never did get the results of the blood work done, and also told me she had to get it approved with my psych doctor to put me on a diet medicine.
