Incredible provider. Very thorough, does not rush complexities and nuances in cases. I can see how some people might interpret her in different ways from some of the negative reviews in the past, but truthfully, she is just a straight shooter. She knows her field VERY well and she is a very attentive physician. She puts the patient first in all aspects, even in some modifications for testing. Dr. Raja is the least helpful doctor I have ever worked with! She is not a good listener and sees problems instead of solutions.

Dr. Raja is a very knowledgeable neuromuscular specialist. She is exceptionally good at diagnosis. She gives you time and full attention.
Dr. Raja is an arrogant person. When I had my appointment with her, I felt as though I was beneath her. She may be knowledgable about her medical problems, but she needs to know more about acting like a doctor who cares for her patients. A snobby attitude gets you nowhere in life. Dr. Raja always acted like she was in a hurry and her time was too important to waste it on her patients. Duke is a great hospital, but not all the doctors are great.
