Everything was timely, they wasted no time in attending to me.
Dr. Kapadia is excellent and very kind. She takes the time to answer questions and explains things. She’s helped me with a number of concerns I had and I couldn’t be more grateful!
This review is from Frances DeSouza. She was late for a virtual appointment by 15 minutes as she said she had to drop off her kids at school…no respect for the fact that I also have a job to do and be on time for. Then never called in a prescription until I called up the office three days later to ask what had happened. Lack of professionalism.
I had my first visit with the doctor today. It could not have gone better! She explained, she listened. She treated me like a person and not just some patient number on a screen.
This one star review isn't for the doctor. This review is because some of the staff Care Team staff and they told me that they'd send the prescription request to Labcorp. When I got to Labcorp they were told that they didn't receive it. I wasted time going to Labcorp this morning and I'm furious. I had to make a total of 4 calls before my request was sent to Labcorp. I had two patient accounts set up and one of them were blank.
