Update: They called me and gave me some information. But asked me to take down the review otherwise the doctor would not see me. SO MUCH FOR CARING ABOUT PATIENTS. All this doctor cares about are reviews. LOL. Here’s mine and it stays. Thanking my stars I never visited this doctor. Sharing my experience of getting a simple query answered before my first visit and this is horrible customer service I experienced.
