I'm really torn about this review. I just want to warn others about what can happen when you go in for cataract surgery. Let me say I was treated very well at Dr. Shrums office and give 5stars to him and his staff in that regard. My husband and my mother had basic cataract surgery by Dr. Shrum and both breezed through it. Both had improved eyesight and neither had to wear glasses afterward. This is an exceptional doctor . Personable and professional. Credentials also from Mayo.
Dr Shrum is seeing me for a eye virus and I feel blessed to have a great opthamologist! The previous opthamologist I was seeing was treating me for the wrong condition. Now I have hope.
