First, I was TOLD I picked up my medication, and I "should have plenty". Then, instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, I was TOLD that I need a new prescription, that's why they didn't have it. Which is it? On two occasions, I have picked up "controlled" medications, and some have been broke in half, or in thirds. When I count them, those pieces count as one whole pill. I have switched pharmacies due to inadequate care.
