My experience at Shrink and Co. was disappointing. The onboarding was monotonous, involving long lectures and many unpaid pre-employment tasks. The administrative systems felt unnecessarily complex and inefficient. Feedback was abrupt and unhelpful. After receiving feedback on a Friday, I implemented changes over the weekend but was terminated the following Wednesday via a Teams meeting, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Easy to use and faint
Dr Bradley Ng was a breath of fresh air in a society bent on handing out pills rather than remedies. Could not recommend any higher! Fantastic, well rounded effort by all staff. Cheers!
