Seeking refund for services not provided. Paid $2600 in May and attended a recorded assessment session, approximately 1 hour. After no contact, I followed up in early July and was assured the completion date was scheduled for 10th July. 1 month later, still no contact and no assessment report provided. I worked here. In about 6 months it was clear the other practitioners HATED May and Dr Ben and Regan. The birth place of micro-management and where "positive self talk" is used mask cruel intentions and used to bring staff down, I was told that another staff member could not have time off due to her partner's suicide attempt and instead Management actually placed judgement and denied her the time off.
