Absolute worst experience on all fronts. I had a family member refferred here and from the begining we experienced negligence bordering on dangerous practice. We arrived to the scheduled appointment after a months long wait time in an absolute crisis situation and were told from the psycologist in front of us that he didnt really know what to tell us and that we should head to ED at the hospital instead. I was a patient at Shrink and Co for about 12 months and the process was not, at any stage, smooth. Dr Ben was helpful as a psychiatrist, and my review doesn't relate to him. Operationally, Shrink and Co is an omnishambles. The latest reviews all seem to be hitting this theme and I'm hopeful that maybe the professional staff can step in and make contact with their patients and give them some assurance that things are going to change operationally. After I paid for an appointment I should still have the appointment? considering lodging a complaint with NSW Health Care Commission and/or Psychology Board of Australia. Do not trust Shrink & Co. They say they will do the appointment Then don't They say they will ring back and don't I'm having a tough time trying to get an appointment and they seem very disorganised I'm a very unhappy customer
Seeking refund for services not provided. Paid $2600 in May and attended a recorded assessment session, approximately 1 hour. After no contact, I followed up in early July and was assured the completion date was scheduled for 10th July. 1 month later, still no contact and no assessment report provided.
