The only reason I'm giving only a 5 star review, is because there aren't any higher. Dr. V is polite, professional, thorough and clearly cares about his patients. First time here today to have an office procedure done. I felt like I've been seeing this Dr for years. Special thanks too to his staff who squeezed me in to have the issue addressed. Me saying that I'd highly recommend would be an understatement.
Doctor V is the best doctor I have ever had. He doesn’t waste time he is fast but hears you out and addresses the issue you’re having immediately! Very caring and effective! Would recommend him to everyone !
Today was my first time seeing him. He was great. Took the time to listen to my concerns as well as explain things to me. Office staff was very friendly.
Dr Ventrapragada was patient, took the time to explain things and answer all of my questions. I received nothing but absolutely incredible communication, professional care, and wish I would have had my septoplasty corrected a year ago rather than contemplating it was only congestion. I am very thankful I found a qualified surgeon to make a huge difference and give me quality of life with my breathing being severely asthmatic. He was great for the surgery, and his office visits, but when post op complications arose he was a ghost. No one could get ahold of him after hours on call not even the hospital we spent 5 hours at, the hospital that didn’t fix the issue and sent him out the door still bleeding mind you. The next day we were denied an appointment, even with an associate of his because he is in surgery today, regardless of the 8 hours of bleeding my husband did last night.
