While in excruciating back pain, I received bar none, the worst customer care with Shreya Lankala. After self admitting myself to the emergency room twice in consecutive days with sciatica & discussing a history of chronic back pain, my options were - “take the CT Scan & more narcotics or I won’t admit you” Left with minimal options & in dire need of care, I took the CT Scan.
