What a fun experience. Stepping back in time where the people and life itself move a light slower. People were strolling along meandering through the shops. Most everyone was dressed in period clothing.
Great time was had by all!
Love this faire, it never feels too crowded. One thing I wish there was, I even hate that I am saying this, is some minimum clothing standard. Kind of awkward walking around with little kids and people use the faire as an excuse to wear next to nothing especially when the wind provides opportunities for full exposure.
Great event! Plenty of entertainment, live jousting, vendors, and good food. There is a trinket quest for kids. The folks working the Faire are friendly and helpful with directions. Make sure you bring cash, because the site doesn't have cell reception so vendors and food stalls can't run cards.
