I recently completed my immigration medical exam and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was organized, smooth, and very professional.The front desk staff were especially amazing. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She guided us through every step of the process and made sure we felt comfortable and well informed. Excellent experience with the immigration medical exam in September 2025. The assistant was very helpful with the preparation of prerequisites and the exam itself with Dr.Shepherd was very smooth.
Horrible experience. Called to try to schedule an appointment, was told that they require a $100 payment up front for insurance visits and then the receptionist told me to call someone else and hung up on me when I questioned why. This was hardly what I consider professional behavior and this organization should be ashamed to have such incompetent, rude people answering the phone and taking appointments
As an immigrant who has had help from a lot of people, this is the WORST organisation you can ever opt for! I needed help with my immigration medical exam! I contacted them to find out if they would help me! The girl on the phone was ABSOLUTELY RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND WOULD NOT HEAR ME AND MY QUESTIONS AND DID NOT CARE AT ALL!
