My brother lived in the towers for 12 years, and was very comfortable. Affordable living.
This comment not related to any official or an employee of Housing Authority, but the lack of vision of such an entity. . It is this lack of vision, that makes this important official authority incompetent and spend on housing assistance and empathy cheques. People need to live in dignity and not by pity. As of now, mid 2023 1. there’s no affordable housing unit below 350k. ( if 350k is termed affordable). 2. Less than .5 % is newly constructed homes. 3. Less this 2% is homes constructed in 10years.
