Best bike dealership i have ever experienced, saw a yamaha tricity 300 on ebay. Rang them to see how I go about getting photos for the trike. And also asked them how to get a quote for my motorbike. Within an hour I was given a part ex price for my motorbike. And sent photos of my potential new bike. I even got a how to use my new bike video on the morning of my bikes delivery. Had a great experience at Shrewsbury Honda. Everyone is friendly and helpful, did exactly what they said they would and got me away in decent time (I took our Grom for a "while you wait" bike service). All that said, suspect I'll use their sister company at Newtown in future. They're equally great but are about 30 mins closer to me.
Just bought my Honda Rebel from Shrewsbury and the customer service has been amazing. Matthew was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and arranged for the bike to be delivered to my house. Highly recommended.
