The manager does nothing but gossip about the staff — including Dana her “bff”. She talks horribly about the pts and is always on a rush to get out of there and leave the dirty work for everyone else. Your information is out there and they don’t care about you btw they care about your pockets !
The doctor was nice and competent but I didn’t see her until 40 minutes past my appointment time. Additionally, the blonde woman with the neck tattoo working at the receptionist desk was so incredibly rude. She had a terrible attitude, and was rude to almost every patient she talked to, including a sick elderly woman!!
Its a shame because Dr.V is a good doctor, but sadly his staff is terrible. My wife needed a refill for an asthma pump...the staff told her that she MUST come in for a follow up to get a prescription...my wife told the young lady that she was unable to come in for a follow up just to receive a refill....so she was told that Dr.V would make an exception and send it over to the pharmacy....wife goes to the Pharmacy and its not covered under the insurance ...both pharmacy and insurance said they had been reaching out to the off... read more
