All these bill company's are ripping off people on they bills don't even check meters just send bills.and the sad thing is u can't even drink the water.
Very friendly and professional
This Shreveport Water Department office is awful, the people in the payment center downtown have attitudes that are seriously in need of adjustment. Wish the mayor would assign new leadership that will take charge of its customer service department to make improvements. Maybe they should add/ install some kind of water utility department drop box in the lobby for the after office hour payments? Place a large post office style box to the right of security post, right in that corner, in the lobby by the doors. Why not add a co... read more
