I feel for you if you have just moved to Shreveport. I've been living here for a week and no one has answered the phone at all and all I need is a damn trashcan. The staff here is sorry as hell. HIRE MORE STAFF
We bought a house, been trying to get the water turned on for well over a week. Get told one thing from 1 person get told another thing from a 2nd and then a 3rd person has some thing completely different to say. Was told to call the permit department, they said as long as there is a meter I don't need a permit. The water department is saying I do. ALL the supervisors need to be replaced with ones that A) know what they are doing and B) train their people right. Biggest joke I have ever seen.
All these bill company's are ripping off people on they bills don't even check meters just send bills.and the sad thing is u can't even drink the water.
