Everything is wonderful while you're in their store. But even sale prices are premium and no service after the sale. We purchased a two person tub out of need for health reasons. Our tub was a lemon from the point of installation. They also gave us the wrong manual which was revealed when there was a warranty problem. Manual said 3 yrs coverage but conveniently our tub had only 1 yr. They're glad to send someone out! That too, is at a premium cost! Do your research before going there. Very poor service after something breaks. Only works if you are willing to pay a premium price for items that are selling hundreds of dollars less than what they charge you
