So,a professional comes to work in a dirty lab coat and dismisses refill requests when needed! So,I previously had an appointment scheduled and I had to cancel due to work. I rescheduled for today,8/14.They called me on 8/13 ,and told me Dr.Lele would not be in the office and I would need to call and reschedule! I figured that I no longer had an appointment ! Dr. S. Lele is absolutely the best doctor I have. He actually listens to you and makes you feel very comfortable. I wouldn't trade him for anything.
My son (18 y.o) is currently at this practice waiting over 45 minutes to be seen and something told me to look up the Google reviews. Just to find out this is the normal for this doctor. SMH. Please if you have any personal experience with Dr. LeLe, leave the review on UH page. I thought I found him a good doctor, smh. (Update: He waited an hour, the doctor came in and noticed he didn't sign the last page of the paperwork, the Dr immediately left out and returned 45 minutes later. 3:00pm appointment wasn't complete until 5pm... read more
This guy is terrible. You make an appt to see him and since I am self pay he instantly judged me and started telling me I needed to go somewhere else. Then when I call him out on it and start to leave he follows me out telling me I need to see a Dr. I thought thats who i had gone to see. This is why his office has declined and now looks partially abandoned. Thanks for nothing Dr. Lele the pretend doctor.
